ABOUT ME
Hello, I am Suzanne, a lifestyle and health coach and I want your “Tristen’s”. Let me explain, my teenage son, Tristen, went through extreme depression and social anxiety as a freshman and sophomore in high school. Being Mom, I tried everything to help him through this terrible time. My exploration of the symptoms he had led me to train as a lifestyle and health coach.
I have assembled a brief 8-week program for students you feel would benefit from a little group coaching and would like to coach your “Tristen’s”. The topics I will cover include movement, stress, sleep, peace of mind and positive self talk and nutrition. Parents are encouraged to attend at least the first and last sessions and welcome at all sessions.
My role as a coach for students is to improve habits and enrich their life (hopefully forever).
STUDENT SESSIONS
I would enjoy groups of 15-20 students during a program. Individual sessions can be scheduled, plus teens can continue to delve deeper into emotions they would like to resolve beyond this program.
Sessions will be on Saturday morning(EST) at 9:00AM for 30-45 minutes.
ADULT INFORMATION
My purpose in life shifted when my son faced depression and severe social anxiety. After years as an accountant, delving into research on stress management, nutrition, and fitness this became my focus for my son. This journey led me to train as a heath and life coach, specializing in addressing the underlying factors affecting stress, self-confidence, thought patterns, and goal achievement.
As a coach, I connect with you because I understand your struggles, earning your trust through my education and coaching certification from Lifestyle Prescription University. My mission extends beyond immediate performance; I aim to equip you for lifelong success and fulfillment in their future pursuits.
